About Business Management School

 

Marilyn Jessop

The Business Management School (BMS) is registered by the New Zealand Qualifications Authority as a Private Training Establishment and is owned by Marilyn and Paul Jessop. The School is accredited to assess against NZQA unit standards in a variety of fields but we focus on: Computing, Business Administration, Literacy and Numeracy.

The School was initially set up in Picton in 1991 by Marilyn Jessop, Managing Director. Over the years the school expanded and shifted to Blenheim. Due to the increasing demand for training another school was established in Nelson during 1997.

Business Management School Philosophy
Our school philosophy is that education should be enjoyable. We focus on delivering quality training in a variety of ways to stimulate interest. Our tutors are easy to talk to, have a good sense of humour, have supportive and motivational teaching methods and are culturally sensitive.
